Servings: 2 You’ll need: 1 cup frozen mango chunks 1-1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries 3 Tbsp. sugar or Stevia sweetener 2 cups low fat no sugar added frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream 1/2 cup low fat milk Large serving glasses & iced tea spoons Whole strawberries for garnish (optional) In a blender pulse frozen mango, strawberries and sweetener. Add low fat frozen vanilla yogurt or vanilla ice cream and low fat milk. Blend on high speed or pulse, until well blended. Strawberry Mango Smoothie/Frap will be very thick. Serve immediately by pouring gently easing with a spatula into two large bar or drinking glasses and enjoy! Karen’s Note: I definitely love strawberries and when they come in season and I enjoy picking and eating them right out of my strawberry patch too! This is great as an after meal or in-between meal snack idea. Also, this recipe is low fat and low calorie and great for people who are dieting or on-the-go!
