leather book cover

I created this leather Book Cover at the request of a customer who wanted to present it as an award to one of his group members.

​The customer chose the color of the book cover and the color of the Double Loop lacing on the edges. I came up with a background design for the logo and stamped the recipients name and date on the front of the book cover, as was requested. (Part of the name has been removed for the display.)

Was looking for a craftsman to make a gift bookcover. After presenting my idea on this custom leather Frank checked with me several times on changes or additions and I am very happy with the end product as an "heirloom" gift. Frank is an artisan and just as focused on fine detail as myself.
