PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs will be added to your total at the end of your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders may be placed online 24/7. Please be sure to include your phone number when ordering in case we need to contact you. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped and provide you a tracking number so that you may monitor your delivery status.
Items that are in stock will ship within 3 to 10 business days.
Back Orders: Customers will be notified ASAP if any in-stock item is back-ordered or currently in a production run and we will email you with an estimated date when the item will be available to ship.
SALES TAX: Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing orders for delivery in Missouri and Kansas.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are all accepted.
Secure Transactions: All Credit Card transactions are processed through
PayPal and your credit card may reflect the charge while your order is being
processed.
NOTE - It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use your debit or
credit card. When you are taken to the Payment screen you can scroll down and click the button that says "PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD" and you will be taken to a Secure payment window to enter your payment information.
Please note that NO Credit Card information is kept on our computers or servers. PayPal is solely responsible for the security of all credit card information.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC:
Ground Shipping The delivery method will be at the discretion of our Distribution Center. Typically, USPS delivery will be the preferred shipping method unless the size of the order requires shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If the order requires UPS or FedEx Ground shipping then additional shipping costs may be applied.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO - Will use USPS Priority Mail as
the Shipping Method.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping amounts are calculated based on the ship-weight of each item in the order and the delivery location (Zip Code). Actual shipping costs may exceed the
carriers' (UPS, FedEx or USPS) calculated shipping estimate if/when the order requires more than one box for shipping. The shipping amounts charged all go to
the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and OKDecor.com has no alternative but to pass the shipping charge on to the customer.
Larger Wrought Iron products are packaged to ship via UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 United States. They may also be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for smaller item(s) that will fit in those cartons.
USPS Shipping costs are also based on the item's ship-weight, the current USPS Priority Mail delivery Zone chart and Zip Code. Insurance is automatically added when the order is placed.
Additional Shipping Costs: Please note that some of our items require irregular sized boxes or boxes over 60 inches which UPS charges at a 30 lbs ship weight and our box cost is an additional $8.50 to ship. Those items include our 112 inch & 130 inch Curtain Rods and Mitten Dryer Stands.
Note - Two or more wrought iron items that ARE NOT in the same product group (such as the following products) will likely require 2 boxes which will result in additional shipping charges not originally calculated during your order. These items are:

• Curtain Rods CUR-nn-35, CUR-nn-60, CUR-nn-112 and CUR-nn-130

Express Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3-Day Select are also available
and we request that you contact OKDecor.com by phone at 816-781-5477 or via

customercare@okdecor.com to estimate those costs. There will be an extra $5
handling charge to place an express shipping order ahead of other orders and you
will receive an additional invoice for the Express shipping costs and handling
charge.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
Please note: At this time we ONLY ship internationally to Canada.
Canadian customers can use either of the two options below...
USPS Priority Mail: This shipping method may be less expensive than UPS for smaller items being shipped to Canada.
UPS Standard to Canada: This shipping method is calculated based on the ship-weight of the order as well as the location by Postal Code in Canada. If you have any questions regarding our Canadian shipping services then please contact Customer Service by email or contact us at 1-816-781-5477.

REFUSED & CANCELLED ORDERS:
Cancelled Orders: Orders may be canceled prior to processing only. A manufacturer 20% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges, will be charged on all orders cancelled after the item has been processed.
Refused Deliveries: Please note that any shipment that is refused or returned without prior authorization will result in additional freight charges to the customer for the return shipping fee that will be imposed by UPS as well as a manufacturer 20% restocking fee.
UPS Shipping Notice: UPS will charge a special handling fee for undeliverable packages; refused packages; Returned Domestic packages refused by the consignee, or which it can not deliver due to any other cause beyond UPS's control. This is a UPS shipping rule which has been in place for several years.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES:
Damaged Items: Items that are received damaged will be replaced to you at no extra cost. Please note that you must notify OKDecor.com within five (5) calendar days of receiving any damaged item.
Shortages: All shortages must be reported to OKDecor.com within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the package so that we can fill the order to completion.
Order records will be verified to confirm shipment quantities.

RETURNS:
Merchandise Returns: Customer satisfaction is our Number One Priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify OKDecor.com within five (5) days of receipt of the item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the correct return address.
Please DO NOT ship the item back without receiving an RMA Number. Items must be packed in their original shipping containers and shipped to the correct return address that we will provide you with or we cannot guarantee refunds.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made for product purchase price only, excluding any and all shipping and insurance fees, unless you have received the item damaged. Please include your Order number with your inquiry.
Refunds will take between 14 to 21 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise in our warehouse and
all merchandise MUST BE damage free.

OKDecor.com works directly with our wrought iron Manufacturer and passes all warranties to the customer. OKDecor.com makes no representations or warranties either express or implied, of any kind other than those warranties provided by the manufacturers of the products we sell.
Manufacturers Warranty: Wrought iron products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
