You will need:
2 large peeled and cored fresh apples (sliced and diced)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
In a small pan on med.-low heat stir apples, cinnamon and sugars together, until cooked thoroughly for approximately 10-15 minutes. Keep warm in a lidded pan or put on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve as a dessert topping or alongside any favorite main dish.
