I always have scrap leather lying around especially when I'm testing new tools. Every so often, I look around my leather workshop and think of something that I need that would facilitate my leatherwork projects.
I decided I needed some place to keep all of my lacing and stitching needles, so I used some of that scrap leather and created this little item. I used an old sock that was getting a lot of holes in it as the stuffing which seems to work pretty well. Now, I can set it on my work table and not have to search for a stitching or lacing needle or even a sewing needle in my tool drawers.
I got a lot of views and comments when I posted it on the Tandy Leather Facebook Group of which I am a member. Once again, that is why I do what I do.
Until next time, All the best.
